For the second iteration of the Coolfire Media website I created a fullscreen, Flash-based site featuring streaming videos and dynamic content. Since the focus of the company at that time was video production, the site functioned as an on-demand streaming site to showcase the latest client work and demo reels.
The back-end of the site featured a custom built CMS and AMF gateway that allowed the Flash front-end to dynamically load content from the database. This allowed anyone to easily update the site without needing to republish the Flash content or know anything about programming. Flash is now largely forgotten thanks to Apple and newer technologies, but at the time this was a fairly advanced website.
